What’s Involved with HMO Agent Opportunities?
Firstly, we work with pre-qualified people only. So - do you have:
- A genuine enthusiasm for property?
- Suitable property experience or training?
- An ability to work alongside others as well as on your own?
If you’ve answered 'yes, are self-motivated and have a base within 75 miles of Stevenage, let’s talk!
Firstly, your chosen area will be 'stress tested' by our team. We’ll assess property and room rate prices, demand and competition. If your location works, then it’s all systems go!
We offer flexible and negotiable contracts. You can choose either:
- Small commission payment on completed deals with full payment for training
OR - Higher commission on deals completed with nominal training charges
You decide!
Training Offered with HMO Agent Opportunities:
Our friendly experts will help with every aspect of HMO property sourcing.
You’ll be invited to our base in Stevenage to learn about:
- Researching techniques
- Viewing tips and tricks
- Evaluation of deals – refurbishment costs, acquisition costs, potential room rates and envisaged income
- Estate agent relationship guidance
That’s not all! We’ll also support you in your chosen area. Initially you’ll receive assistance with:
- Research
- Viewing
- Assessment of refurbishment needs and costs,
- Room rate estimation
- Use of evaluation software
- Agent relationships
- Local area knowledge
Plus, you’ll benefit from:
- Continuing backup and support on all aspects of the business
- Regular meetings to brainstorm and discuss new developments in the business area
