We are always looking for new investors to use our specialised HMO creation system, the first stage of which is to source properties though HMO Property Sourcing Ltd.
So, we think that anyone who can introduce us to investors who are genuinely looking for our services is a useful friend, and as such we believe that they should be rewarded for their networking efforts.
How does it work?
If you introduce anyone who subsequently invests in one of our HMOs we will simply pay you £500 for the referral at the time the property purchase is completed.
This payment will be due at the same time we receive our payment for sourcing (which is at a relatively early stage in the overall creation and management process).
How do I qualify?
If you introduce a potential investor to us, simply send us their details in an email, with a request that they be entered on to our CRM system as being introduced by you. We will send you an acknowledging response to confirm this.
This will mean that any deals completed with that person would automatically flag that you have referred them and that you therefore qualify for the £500 referral fee.
